We were alerted this morning of some staffing issues at the AutoTA desk and the concern some members have with their time being accurately input by the close of the pay period tomorrow at noon. After discussing this concern with the company we were told that half the timekeepers have been out with the flu for a longer than expected time creating a backlog of exceptions for both the agents and the TWU. The exception window for workbrain closed yesterday and the company cleared those exceptions first and are now working on the exceptions for fleet service employees. We were assured this would be done before the noon deadline tomorrow.
Sheila Murphy, Tim Krause and Grace Orton are working to clear the backlog of exceptions. If you have an inaccuracy with your time that needs correcting please go to the lost time cubicles and have one of them help you. If you're off work and need help getting it fixed or have other problems with your time worked reflecting properly please call the office and speak to an Officer.
